On a night where the HVAC and district Cooling Industry gathered together at the Atlantis, Al Shirawi US Chillers walked away with 2 of the most prestigious awards of the evening at the inaugural Climate Control Awards.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Monday opened the new headquarters of the Dubai Government's Department of Economic Development (DED) at the Business Village near the Clock Tower — one of the city's oldest landmarks.

The DED will create a single web portal for dealings with investors, and enhance the investment environment and competitiveness of the emirate. It will also encourage growth for new sectors and contribute to local economic development as well as increase the income rate.
